It is intented solely for illustrative purposes and actual environmental impacts will vary based on drive cycle, charging time and other factors. Information is based on the vehicle being used 365 days per year. Based on ComEd's generation mix (as described it ComEd's Environmental Disclosure) 0.9811lbs of CO2 are emitted per kWh of electricity generated. Based on US department of energy data 19.564 lbs of CO2 are emitted per gallon of gasoline burned.
